Route C519 is a minor rural route south-west of Launceston, acting as a defacto northern branch of C518. It runs east-west, between C518 near Toiberry and the Illawarra Main Rd (B52) north of Longford. It is sealed throughout its length.

There is only one C519 shield currently in existence - at its western end, the junction with C518 - making the route a one-hit wonder. The fingerboard signs at the junction with B52 were recently replaced, erroneously omitting the C519 shield.
