Route C735 is a minor rural route in the Meander Valley, connecting the B54 at Hagley with the B72 about midway between Westbury and Frankford Main Rd. It primarily serves the tiny community of Selbourne and associated agricultural land, however, according to Peter Renshaw, it also carries some through traffic from areas north of Frankford Main Road towards Hobart.
