C415 is a mostly unsealed loop north of Blessington Main Road (C401), serving the tiny farming hamlets of Musselboro and Burns Creek in the North Esk River valley. Sealed sections include the eastern-most 2km, and short lengths through Musselboro, whilst the remainder of the route is unsealed.
For some years, C415 fingerboards were missing at the eastern end of the route. Following representations by Ozroads, DIER provided two new fingerboard signs to ensure C415 is fully signed.
Notable Events:
July 2007 - Timber deck on the North Esk River bridge at the western end of the route replaced with a concrete deck.
