C419 is a minor rural route in the Nile River valley, running parallel to the C420 along the northern side of the Nile River between Clarendon and Deddington. It is unsealed for the entirity of its 10km length.

C419 is a one-hit wonder - C419 shields appear only at its western terminus, the junction with Nile Rd (C416) & Clarendon Station Rd (C418).
