PRINCES HIGHWAY
Former Alignment: Merimbula
The coastal resort town of Merimbula was bypassed by the Princes Highway in January 1992. The new 7km route passed west of Merimbula Lake, eliminating the need to bridge it, and carved 5km off the trip between Bega and Pambula.
