ALTERNATE NATIONAL ROUTE 23
Northern Terminus: Federal Hwy/Majura Rd/Horse Park Dr, Majura Interchange
This interchange marks the northern terminus of Alt-23. It was originally a dangerous single carriageway T-intersection, before being upgraded to a grade separated interchange when the Federal Hwy was duplicated in December 2002. In February 2004 a partial reconstruction of the interchange opened, allowing access to the Gungahlin town centre development via Horse Park Drive.
